Notes about the mix

Taormina is one of those places that almost doesn't seem real. Perched high above the Ionian Sea, every winding street, hidden courtyard and terrace reveals another spectacular view. During our visit, the Sicilian sun barely relented, encouraging long lunches, regular stops for shade and a slower pace that suited the town perfectly.

This mix reflects those unhurried afternoons. Built around warm, melodic deep house, it's designed to complement the rhythm of a Mediterranean summer, where the soundtrack sits quietly in the background while conversations, good food and incredible scenery take centre stage.

Rather than recreating a particular day, these tracks capture the feeling of being in Taormina, where the heat, the history and the beauty of the town combine to create an atmosphere unlike anywhere else we've visited.
