Notes about the mix
By night, Destino takes on a very different character. The calm of the afternoon gives way to a more charged atmosphere, with the terraces filling, the lights of Ibiza Town appearing across the water and the music beginning to carry further into the warm evening air.
This mix follows that transformation. It starts with deeper, more spacious sounds before steadily building towards the energy of an open-air Ibiza party. The progression is deliberate rather than hurried, keeping the warmth and elegance of the setting even as the tempo and intensity rise.
Returning to Destino in 2018 brought back everything we had loved about it, but the night gave the place a different edge. It was still beautiful and refined, but once the sun disappeared, it became somewhere altogether more alive.
