Long before it became Patterns, this was The Escape Club, a place that shaped so many of my early years behind the decks. I was lucky enough to play countless nights here, upstairs and downstairs, and every set seemed to develop a life of its own.
The memories are endless. Roastin' Sundays packed with familiar faces, dancers on the bar, sweaty club nights that rolled into the early hours, and a soundtrack that captured a moment when house music in Brighton felt like it belonged to everyone.
This mix is a celebration of that era. Some of the records that defined those nights, mixed together as a tribute to one of Brighton's most iconic clubs and the dancefloor that helped shape my journey as a DJ.
